The “Tea Spotlight” will be a series of posts introducing you to the new and current teas that we will be offering at Hē Chá Tea. Since this is the first Tea Spotlight post, we will begin by introducing you to our Taste of Paradise Fruit Tisane, which is already available for purchase (see locations below).

Taste of Paradise Fruit Tisane Dry

Taste of Paradise Fruit Tisane Dry

Upon opening the tea canister, you will be amazed at the enticing aroma that this fruit and herbal blend creates. The Taste of Paradise Fruit Tisane is a perfect combination of taste and texture. Large pieces of dried pineapple, papaya, currants, and berries have been blended with coconut shavings, hibiscus flowers, and dried yogurt to create a sweet tasting infusion with a creamy texture, and a beautiful bright red color. This tea is as beautiful to look at as it is to smell and taste.

Taste of Paradise Fruit Tisane Liquor

This blend does not contain any tea leaves, making it naturally caffeine-free. There is also no sugar added, making this a perfect option for children and health-conscious adults. After infusion, these pieces of fruit can even be eaten as a healthy snack while sipping the sweet liquid.

One heaping teaspoon worth of the blend should be added for each eight ounces of water being used. Thus, if you are using a standard mug that holds about 14 ounces, two heaping teaspoons should be used. This fruit/herbal tisane should be steeped for five minutes in freshly boiled water.
